Acceptable Use Policy

• Unlawful activity, fraud, deception, impersonation, threats, harassment, abuse, or exploitation.
• Spam, phishing, malware, ransomware, credential theft, unauthorized access, probing, scraping, or interference with systems.
• Infringing, privacy-violating, defamatory, obscene, or unlawfully collected content or data.
• Unauthorized bulk email, SMS, MMS, robocalls, spoofing, carrier abuse, suppression evasion, or messaging without required consent.
• Campaigns involving prohibited or high-risk activity, or workloads that materially disrupt service, exceed reasonable limits, or evade safeguards.

You are responsible for your content, users, data sources, permissions, notices, consent, security practices, and compliance with laws applicable to your business. Do not use the platform to collect or process information you are not authorized to handle.

PSD may investigate suspected abuse, request corrective action, limit functionality, suspend messaging or accounts, remove content where appropriate, or terminate service when necessary to protect people, systems, providers, or legal obligations. We may preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful requests.
