Data Processing Terms

A customer decides why and how its business, lead, customer, project, document, booking, and accounting data is used. PLATFORM STUDIO DESIGNS processes that data to provide, secure, maintain, and support the requested service and according to documented customer instructions.

• Collect and provide data lawfully and give required notices.
• Obtain permissions and consents for contacts, communications, uploads, and integrations.
• Use appropriate access controls and promptly address unauthorized access or inaccurate data.
• Avoid placing data into the platform unless the customer has authority to do so.

PSD uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. Hosting and domain operations may be performed by or through PSD Domain Hosting & Solutions LLC d/b/a PSD Domain Hosting & Solutions as an affiliated service entity. Domain registration data may need to be provided to the applicable registrar or registry, currently NameSilo where applicable.

Service providers may process data for hosting, storage, email, domain/DNS, backups, payment, messaging, or other enabled functions under their roles and instructions. See Subprocessors for the current and planned provider categories.

Customers may request export, correction, deletion, or assistance with rights requests at legal@platformstudiodesigns.com. Responses are subject to the service arrangement, technical feasibility, legal obligations, backups, security, accounting, dispute, and suppression-retention requirements.

A customer may request a supplemental data processing agreement where appropriate. If a signed agreement conflicts with these general terms, the signed agreement controls for its subject matter.
