Privacy Policy

PLATFORM STUDIO DESIGNS LLC d/b/a PLATFORM STUDIO DESIGNS provides custom websites and connected business systems for businesses. This policy applies to our public website, inquiries, accounts, hosted platform services, support, and related communications.

When a customer uses the platform to enter information about its own customers, leads, contacts, files, or records, that customer determines the business purpose and remains responsible for lawful collection, notices, permissions, and consents.

• Contact and lead information such as name, email, phone, business name, industry, project type, message, source, status, assignment, notes, activities, tags, segments, and promotional code.
• Account and authentication information such as name, email, verification state, role, sessions, session expiry, IP address, user-agent information, and provider/account identifiers.
• Customer and operational information such as addresses, websites, projects, tasks, appointments, portal memberships, documents, branding, and business settings.
• Business and accounting records such as quotes, estimates, proposals, invoices, statements, purchase orders, payment status, payment-method references, and financial transactions. The current application does not evidence storage of raw card or bank credentials.
• Technical information needed for operation, security, authentication, troubleshooting, and service delivery.

Customers may direct us to process lead and customer records, appointment information, documents, accounting records, communications, branding assets, and knowledgebase content. We use that information to provide, secure, support, and maintain the requested service.

Customers must have the authority to provide the information and must provide any notices or obtain any consents required for their use of the platform.

We currently send transactional email for inquiries, account security, invitations, and service-related notifications when configured. Marketing email is not currently activated.

SMS and MMS functionality may be available only when a specific account or messaging program is enabled and configured. MMS is not generally available today. If messaging is activated, separate messaging terms, consent records, suppression controls, and provider processing may apply.

An AI Marketing Content Assistant is a product capability that may be enabled in the future or for a specific configuration. No active AI provider was identified in the current application. If AI processing is enabled, the applicable inputs, outputs, provider role, safeguards, and customer controls will be disclosed before use.

Essential authentication/session cookies and functional browser local storage support requested features such as account security and theme preference. Optional analytics technologies may be used to measure the public marketing website after applicable consent is provided. Google Tag Manager may be used as a tag-management mechanism, and Google Analytics may be configured through it for website measurement.

Advertising or marketing technologies are optional and are not necessarily active merely because the consent architecture supports them. Users can reject non-essential technologies or reopen Cookie Preferences to change their choices. This policy will be updated if the active tracking providers or purposes materially change.

• Provide websites, platform features, hosting, support, authentication, and account services.
• Respond to inquiries and communicate about requested services, projects, billing, appointments, and security.
• Maintain CRM, project, document, accounting, and customer records at the direction of the customer.
• Prevent fraud and abuse, protect systems, troubleshoot, enforce agreements, and comply with law.
• Improve reliability and service operations using information appropriate to the purpose.

Certain hosting and domain-reseller services may be provided or administered by PSD Domain Hosting & Solutions LLC d/b/a PSD Domain Hosting & Solutions, an affiliated service entity. Where a domain is registered or managed, registration and contact information may be transmitted to the applicable registrar or registry, currently NameSilo where applicable, to satisfy registration and service requirements.

PSD Domain Hosting & Solutions LLC acts as a reseller or service intermediary, not as the registrar, sponsoring registrar, or an ICANN-accredited registrar. Registrar and registry policies govern the information they require and how they process it.

We may disclose information to service providers that help operate hosting, databases, email, domain/DNS, backups, storage, payment, messaging, or other enabled functionality. Providers receive information appropriate to their role and contractual or operational instructions.

Current application evidence supports PostgreSQL, Better Auth, SendGrid when configured, local file storage, and production hosting/deployment services. Messaging, payment, analytics, and AI providers may be added only when activated and disclosed.

Based on current application evidence, PLATFORM STUDIO DESIGNS does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or operate behavioral advertising pixels. If those practices materially change, this policy and any required choices will be updated before the activity begins.

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, service delivery, contracts, security, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, tax, legal obligations, business records, backups, and consent or suppression evidence. Information may then be deleted or de-identified when appropriate.

The application uses authenticated access, role-based authorization, session management, HTTPS/TLS in production, protected application areas, database controls, and backups. No certification or specific encryption-at-rest standard is promised by this policy.

PLATFORM STUDIO DESIGNS voluntarily provides a practical nationwide baseline for verified requests for access, correction, deletion where legally and operationally permissible, and a copy or portability of applicable information. Records that must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, security, dispute, contractual, suppression, or other legitimate purposes may not be deleted immediately.

Where an applicable privacy law provides additional rights, those rights may include confirmation/access, correction, deletion, portability, sensitive-data choices, opt-out of qualifying sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, and appeal. Requests should be sent to legal@platformstudiodesigns.com. We may use reasonable verification steps and may accept authorized-agent requests where applicable.

The public service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. Customers remain responsible for authority and consent when placing information about minors into the platform.

The service is operated from the United States. International users should consider the laws applicable to their location before submitting information.

We may update this policy as services, technology, law, or business practices change. Material changes will be posted through an appropriate notice and reflected in the effective date and version above.
