Is the website really custom?

Yes. Every PLATFORM STUDIO DESIGNS website is designed specifically around the individual business, including its brand, services, customers, content, goals, and customer experience. The website is not a pre-designed layout with the client’s business information dropped into it.

Do you use templates?

We do not use pre-designed website templates or cookie-cutter layouts. The customer-facing website is custom; behind it is a reusable technical foundation that makes the platform consistent, maintainable, and supportable.

What is the Business Knowledgebase?

It maintains approved business information that can support platform operations, communications, and marketing workflows.

Is SEO included?

Yes. SEO & Marketing provide a professional search and marketing foundation designed to support visibility and growth.

Is marketing included?

The platform includes SEO and marketing foundations, business information, and branded communications. It does not promise unrelated paid advertising services.

Pages & Website Size

How many website pages are included?

Every standard website includes up to 7 primary navigation pages, up to 10 additional pages not shown in primary navigation, and up to 17 total pages.

What if I need more than 17 pages?

Additional Custom Pages add up to 10 normal informational or content pages beyond the standard allowance for pages 18–27.

How much do pages 18–27 cost?

Additional Custom Pages are $500 one-time for up to 10 additional custom content pages.

Can you build a larger website?

Yes. Larger websites are available by consultation up to a maximum of 100 total pages. Pricing above 27 pages is discussed during consultation and is not publicly published.

What are Additional Custom Pages?

They are normal informational or content pages built within the established website design. They do not automatically include new custom applications, major workflows, specialized database functionality, e-commerce, messaging, or separately priced capabilities.

Managed vs. Owner Self-Managed

What does Managed mean?

Managed means PLATFORM STUDIO DESIGNS handles more of the hosting, infrastructure, maintenance, security, updates, and ongoing technical environment while you operate your business through the platform.

What does Owner Self-Managed mean?

Owner Self-Managed provides the same core platform with a more hands-on role, greater platform responsibility and control, and the additional ownership and transfer rights associated with that service model.

Do Managed and Owner Self-Managed receive different core features?

No. Both are built around the same professional 100% custom website and connected business-system foundation. The difference is responsibility and control.

Who owns the website?

Customers retain ownership of their business name, existing trademarks, customer-provided logos, images, original written content, business and customer data, records, uploaded documents, and financial/business records. PLATFORM STUDIO DESIGNS retains its reusable core platform technology, shared systems, libraries, frameworks, tooling, architecture, and reusable modules.

What ownership or transfer rights come with Owner Self-Managed?

Owner Self-Managed includes the additional ownership and transfer rights associated with that service model. Exact mechanics are governed by the applicable service agreement; no specific timing, procedure, source-code handoff, infrastructure transfer, automatic migration, or intellectual-property terms are promised here.

Can I change my business information?

Yes. Supported business settings and customer-facing information can be managed through the platform.

Can I upload or change my own logo?

Yes. Uploading or changing your own existing logo is included as a standard feature.

Can I upload or change my own images?

Yes. Uploading or changing your own existing images is included as a standard feature.

Can I change my brand colors?

Yes. Business Settings and Branding Controls support primary color, secondary color, logos, favicon, and related branding settings.

Hosting, Maintenance & Support

Do you provide hosting?

Yes. Hosting is part of the ongoing service relationship.

Is SSL included?

Yes. SSL is included.

Is a domain included?

Domain service is included while subscribed, subject to the applicable service arrangement.

Is maintenance included?

Yes. Ongoing technical maintenance is included in the hosted service relationship.

What support do I receive?

While hosted on PLATFORM STUDIO DESIGNS servers, clients receive technical platform support and 100% U.S.-based phone support 7 days/week.

Is phone support available 7 days/week?

Yes. Both Managed and Owner Self-Managed clients receive 100% U.S.-based phone support 7 days/week while hosted on PLATFORM STUDIO DESIGNS servers.

How much is SMS Messaging?

Is MMS available yet?

MMS is not currently available and is planned for release 90 days after the next public launch.

Pricing & Financing

How does financing work?

You can pay in full or use optional in-house financing: a $150 fixed finance charge, $75 down payment, the remaining $75 finance charge added to the final build payment, and a 10–36 month term. The remaining build balance is divided across the selected term, while ongoing hosting/service continues.

Is financing an add-on?

No. Financing is not a standard feature or an add-on; it is simply an optional payment and affordability mechanism.

Is there a credit check?

There is no traditional credit check.

What is the finance charge?

$150 fixed finance charge. The remaining $75 is added to the final build payment after the $75 down payment.

What is the down payment?

$75.

How long can I finance the build?

Between 10 and 36 months.

What happens after the build is paid off?

Build payments stop. The ongoing hosting/service relationship continues while PLATFORM STUDIO DESIGNS hosts and supports the platform.

Can I pay the build in full?

Yes. Paying in full avoids the in-house financing charge; ongoing hosting/service remains separate.

Process & Launch

How does the process start?

The process starts with the project inquiry form and understanding your business, goals, workflow, website scope, service model, and needs. See the process.

What happens during the build?

The project can include visual design, branding, content structure, forms, website pages, business configuration, CRM workflows, booking, accounting workflows, customer experience, automation, integrations, and testing.

How long does a typical build take?

Most standard builds are completed in approximately 5–7 days after project requirements, required content, and customer-provided assets are ready. Customer delays, major scope changes, unusually large websites, or third-party dependencies can affect the timeline.

How many revisions are included?

Two revision rounds are included with a standard build. A revision round is one consolidated, reasonable set of changes after customer review; PSD-caused defects do not count, and scope changes are not revisions. Additional rounds are $150 one-time per round.

What happens before launch?

Applicable pre-launch testing covers content and presentation, responsive views, navigation and links, forms, CRM flow, booking, portal, accounting, payments, email and notifications, documents, branding, domain, SSL, integrations, and final customer review and approval.

What happens after launch?

Hosting, SSL, domain service while subscribed, maintenance, technical platform support, and phone support continue according to the selected service model.

Do I receive training or onboarding?

Yes.

Both Managed and Owner Self-Managed clients receive onboarding and platform guidance.

Depending on the needs of the business, onboarding can include:
- live phone walkthrough
- screen-share or video walkthrough
- written guidance
- knowledgebase/help resources
- guidance on the core platform functions the customer will use
- assistance with onboarding questions

I already have a website. Can PLATFORM STUDIO DESIGNS redesign it?

Yes. We can discuss redesigning or rebuilding an existing website.

Can I move my existing website to PLATFORM STUDIO DESIGNS?

Yes, when appropriate. A consultation can determine whether moving to the PLATFORM STUDIO DESIGNS platform makes sense.

Can you review my existing website first?

Yes. We can review what is working, what needs improvement, what should be preserved or rebuilt, content that can carry forward, new capabilities, scope, service model, and migration fit. Discuss your existing website.
