PLATFORM STUDIO DESIGNS uses a predictable package-based pricing model. Your selected package has a defined build price. That price does not change simply because your business requires more customization, more involved workflows, or industry-specific configuration. Website size does have a defined allowance, so larger sites are priced transparently rather than through arbitrary project markups.

We believe professional custom websites and connected business systems should be accessible to startups, small businesses, owner-operated businesses, solopreneurs, mom-and-pop businesses, and growing companies. Our pricing model is designed to keep costs predictable while still allowing your website and business system to be built around the way your business actually operates.
Your selected package has an established build price. The package price does not increase simply because your business requires different terminology, industry-specific configuration, custom customer workflows, lead-capture requirements, business-management workflows, or a more involved operational process.
Every standard website includes: • Up to 7 primary navigation pages • Up to 10 additional pages not shown in the primary navigation • Up to 17 total website pages included Businesses that need a larger website can add additional custom pages at predictable rates.
A more involved business process does not automatically become a more expensive project. The goal is to build the system your business actually needs without creating a new charge every time the platform becomes more useful.
Fixed package pricing does not mean a generic website. Your website and connected business system are customized around your business, customers, services, terminology, workflows, branding, and goals.
Your build cost and ongoing hosting/service relationship are separate. Paying off the build does not eliminate the ongoing service because hosting, infrastructure, security, maintenance, support, and related platform services continue while PLATFORM STUDIO DESIGNS hosts your website.
WHAT DETERMINES YOUR BUILD PRICE
We do not use a pricing model where every additional feature, workflow, or business-specific requirement automatically creates another charge. Your package establishes the core build price.
Customization does not create arbitrary pricing. Clearly defined additions have clearly defined pricing or are discussed with you before the project begins.
WEBSITE PAGE ALLOWANCE
Your standard website includes:

These pages are part of your website but do not need to appear as primary navigation items.
There is no additional page charge within this standard allowance.

Add up to 10 additional custom content pages beyond the 17 pages included with your standard website. This provides a website of up to 27 total pages. Additional pages are built within your established website design and customized around your business, content, and customer experience.
Additional-page pricing applies to normal informational or content pages built within the website's established design system. It does not automatically include separately priced capabilities such as: • New custom applications • Major new business workflows • Specialized database functionality • Native e-commerce functionality • Messaging services • Other separately defined add-ons
Larger websites are available up to a maximum of 100 total pages. Contact PLATFORM STUDIO DESIGNS to discuss larger page requirements and applicable pricing.

We offer two straightforward ways to pay for your build. You can pay the full build price or use our in-house financing option and spread the build cost across monthly payments.

Spread the build cost across a monthly payment schedule from 10 to 36 months. There is no traditional credit check.
IN-HOUSE FINANCING
Our in-house financing does not use a variable interest rate. Instead, the finance charge is fixed and easy to understand.
Our financing structure is designed to make professional custom development accessible without requiring a traditional credit-based financing process.
Financing is not a feature or add-on. It is simply an optional way to pay for your build.
HOW FINANCING WORKS

Choose the PLATFORM STUDIO DESIGNS service model that best fits how you want your platform managed.

Your standard website includes up to 17 pages. If you need more pages or other optional add-ons, those are identified before your project is finalized.

Pay the build cost in full or use in-house financing.

In-house financing begins with the fixed $75 down payment. The finance charge is a fixed $150, not a percentage-based variable interest rate.

The remaining build balance is divided across a payment schedule of at least 10 months and no more than 36 months.

The remaining $75 of the fixed finance charge is added to the final build payment.

Once the build is completely paid, build payments end. Your ongoing hosting/service relationship continues while PLATFORM STUDIO DESIGNS hosts and supports your platform.
BUILD PAYMENTS & ONGOING SERVICE
The build and the ongoing platform service are two different parts of your relationship with PLATFORM STUDIO DESIGNS.
During Financing
If you finance the build, your applicable build payment and ongoing monthly service amount are paid during the financing period.
When the Build Is Paid
Once the entire build balance and applicable financing charge have been paid, there are no more build payments.
Ongoing Service
Your ongoing service continues for as long as PLATFORM STUDIO DESIGNS hosts and supports your website and connected business platform.

The standard platform already includes the core website and connected business-system capabilities. Optional add-ons are available when you need additional design, commerce, messaging, or website capacity.
Receive 10 custom images created specifically for your website and brand.
Uploading or changing your own existing images is already included as a standard feature.
Have PLATFORM STUDIO DESIGNS create a new custom logo and favicon for your business.

Every standard build includes two revision rounds. An additional revision round is one additional consolidated set of reasonable in-scope changes submitted after review of the current website version. PSD-caused defects/errors do not count as revision rounds. Scope changes are not revision rounds. Major new features, additional pages, new workflows, Native E-Commerce, messaging, and major project-direction changes are not covered by this add-on.

WHY WE PRICE THIS WAY
Many businesses expect custom development to come with constantly changing estimates and unexpected additions to the bill. Our approach is different. We establish the package price, clearly define what is included, publish straightforward add-on pricing where appropriate, and build around the way your business actually operates. That means customization itself does not create arbitrary markups. If your project requires something beyond the standard scope — such as a larger website or an optional add-on — you know that before moving forward.
