REAL ESTATE AGENT WEBSITES

Your Brokerage Has a Website. You Need One That Belongs to You.

Your brokerage gives you a place in the company. Your own website gives people a place to remember you. When someone gets your name from a friend, sees one of your listings, finds you on social media, or searches for an agent in your area, what they find should make them feel comfortable calling you.

Your brokerage might change. Your name doesn't. The clients you help, the neighborhoods you know, the reputation you build, and the referrals you earn belong to you. Your website should build around that.

Build a real estate brand people remember — not just another agent profile.

YOUR OWN SPACE

A referral gets your name in the door. Your website helps finish the introduction.

Someone says, “Call my agent.” The prospect usually doesn't call immediately. They may Google your name, look at your brokerage profile, check social media, look for listings, and try to understand the areas you serve.

When somebody looks you up after a referral, they shouldn't have to piece together who you are from five different websites. Your own site can explain who you help, where you work, what you know, and what makes working with you different.

Your brokerage can remain an important part of your business. Your personal website gives your name and your approach a permanent place of their own.

LOCAL KNOWLEDGE

Local knowledge should be easy to see.

Your website can give you a permanent place for neighborhood and city guides, local market explanations, buyer and seller FAQs, relocation content, and property-type specialties.

  • Neighborhoods and communities
  • Buying and selling
  • Relocation
  • First-time buyers
  • Local market questions
  • Investors, when relevant to your practice

A social post disappears in a feed. Useful local content on your website can keep working for you. Sellers want confidence that you understand how to present a home; buyers want confidence that you know the area and the process.

EASY FIRST STEPS

Make it easy for the right people to reach you.

Buyers, sellers, and people relocating into the area often have different questions. A custom website can give each group a clear place to start.

  • I'm buying
  • I'm selling
  • I'm relocating
  • I have a property question

If listing information or property details come from a brokerage or approved provider, your website can feature them through supported links or integrations. We don't promise a built-in MLS or IDX system where one isn't configured.

If you're asking someone to trust you with the sale of their home, your own marketing should give them confidence too. Your site can explain your process, how you present homes, and what working with you feels like.

A SEARCH EXPERIENCE UNDER YOUR NAME

Give buyers a better place to search before they call.

Where the rules and provider access allow it, PSD can connect your site with an approved IDX or MLS provider. That can give buyers a branded search destination instead of sending them only to a third-party portal. We don't scrape MLS data, and every feed depends on the applicable MLS rules and provider.

  • Live property search through an approved IDX/MLS provider
  • Listing-detail pages and map discovery
  • Filters for price, beds, baths, type, location, and status
  • Featured and agent listings where authorized
  • Favorites, saved searches, and alerts
  • Property-specific inquiry and showing requests

Saved properties and searches can support new-listing, price-change, and status-change alerts, including optional supported SMS. The exact alerts depend on the connected provider.

A REAL ESTATE WORKFLOW

Keep the question, the property, and the follow-up together.

Inquiries from property pages, buyer and seller forms, relocation pages, showing requests, and consultation calls can feed into the connected CRM. You can see who asked about which property, whether they are buying, selling, relocating, or investing, and what needs to happen next.

Workflows can be configured around the way agents actually work. A buyer may move from new inquiry to consultation, search active, showing, offer, under contract, and closed. A seller may move from new seller lead to consultation, listing agreement, active listing, offer, under contract, and closed.

Appointments, showing requests, reminders, notes, assignments, and listing-specific context can stay connected without pretending to replace brokerage compliance or transaction-management systems.

SELLER CONFIDENCE AND LOCAL GUIDANCE

Show both sides of the relationship before the first meeting.

Sellers can find consultation paths, marketing presentations, property-marketing pages, resources, and market content. Buyers and relocation clients can find property search, city and neighborhood information, process explanations, and a clear way to ask questions.

A client-facing area can also provide relevant documents, appointments, and communication-related information where the configured platform supports it. It complements the brokerage systems you already rely on; it does not replace them.

Follow-up can include new-lead acknowledgment, consultation reminders, showing reminders, saved-search alerts, and status tasks where supported.

OPTIONAL ONGOING DISCOVERY

Direct Discovery™ can keep the work going after launch.

For agents and brokers who want deeper ongoing search visibility, Direct Discovery™ is an optional premium service. It can include Google Business Profile and Bing Places work, Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, agent or broker entity structure, community discovery pages, IDX-aware landing architecture, inquiry and showing measurement, and ongoing visibility reporting.

It isn't included automatically, and it doesn't promise rankings. It gives the right ongoing work a clear place when you want it.

A BRAND PEOPLE REMEMBER

Your name is the part of the business you take with you.

Brokerages can change. Markets can change. Logos can change. Your reputation, relationships, referrals, local knowledge, and client experience stay connected to you.

Your website should feel like you — not like a page copied from a company directory. Build it around the name your clients are actually referring.

Use it to show your personality, experience, approach, professional story, service areas, community connection, and the way you guide clients. Social media is good for staying visible. Your website gives that attention somewhere permanent to land.

Real testimonials can be added when you have them. We won't invent reviews, awards, rankings, sales volume, transaction counts, or years of experience.

MORE THAN AN AGENT WEBSITE

Your website can become part of how you work with buyers and sellers.

The right system gives your personal brand room to support the work behind the first conversation, without pretending to replace the brokerage tools and compliance systems you already use.

IDX / MLS Integration

PSD can configure your site with approved IDX/MLS providers when your agent or broker access and MLS rules allow it. We do not scrape MLS data, and every connection depends on the provider.

Property Search

Buyers can have live/connected listings where supported, map search, price filters, beds/baths, property type, location, listing status, open houses, listing detail pages, featured listings, agent listings, and brokerage listings where authorized.

Saved Searches & Alerts

Visitors can favorite/save properties and create saved searches. New listing alerts, price-change alerts, status-change alerts, email alerts, and supported SMS alerts can be configured through the connected provider.

Listing-Specific Context

When someone asks about a property, the inquiry can preserve which listing they were viewing so you have context before responding.

Real Estate CRM

Leads from listings, property searches, buyer forms, seller forms, showing requests, relocation pages, and consultations can enter the connected CRM. See which property generated the inquiry, buyer/seller classification, notes, follow-up, assignments, and history.

Buyer Pipeline

New Inquiry → Consultation → Search Active → Showing → Offer → Under Contract → Closed

Seller Pipeline

New Seller Lead → Consultation → Listing Agreement → Active Listing → Offer → Under Contract → Closed

Showing Requests & Appointments

Track showing inquiries, consultations, appointments, reminders, and follow-up. Direct MLS showing-service integration is not assumed unless a supported provider is configured.

Seller-Focused Tools

Give sellers a clear consultation path, dedicated property pages, listing presentation, seller resources, marketing content, and lead capture without making unsupported valuation claims.

A BRANDED CLIENT EXPERIENCE

Keep local guidance and follow-up connected to your name.

Neighborhood, City & Community Pages

Build durable neighborhood pages, city/community pages, relocation information, local market content, and property discovery resources that help people understand the area and your approach.

Client Portal

A configured Client Portal can provide relevant documents, appointments, client information, and communication-related information. It does not replace brokerage transaction-management or compliance platforms.

Automated Follow-Up

Use lead acknowledgment, consultation reminders, showing reminders, follow-up tasks, pipeline reminders, and saved-search/listing alerts where provider-supported to keep the next step from getting lost.

OPTIONAL PREMIUM ONGOING SERVICE

Direct Discovery™

Direct Discovery™ is an optional premium ongoing service for agents and brokers who want deeper search visibility work. It can include Google Business Profile optimization, Bing Places, Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, agent/broker entity SEO, community/service discovery, IDX-aware landing architecture, inquiry/showing conversion measurement, and ongoing search visibility reporting.

It is not included automatically and never promises rankings.

See If Your Website Qualifies

A SIMPLE NEXT STEP

Your name is your business. Your website should help build it.

You don't need to know anything about websites. Tell us who you work with, where you work, and what makes you different.

We're not interested in building you a website that just sits there. We want it helping people find you, understand what makes you different, and feel comfortable reaching out. If it helps you win more business, there's a reason for us to keep working together.
