SHORT-TERM RENTAL WEBSITES
Your Property Shouldn't Just Be Another Listing.
Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and Expedia can help people find your property. But your property deserves a place of its own too.
You've put real money, time, and care into the property. Your website should help people understand what makes it worth choosing, show the whole experience, and give guests a place they'll remember.
Turn your short-term rental into a brand guests remember.
MORE THAN A LISTING
A listing gets you seen. A brand gives people something to remember.
Booking platforms are useful, but they control the layout, how listings are compared, what gets emphasized, and how much room you get to tell the story.
When guests compare your place with twenty others on the same screen, good photos are important. You also need a reason for them to remember yours.
Use the platforms. Just don't let them be the whole identity of the property. Your photos, story, area, recommendations, rules, and personality all deserve room to breathe.
MAKE IT FEEL LIKE A PLACE
Show people why this place is different before they arrive.
Owners know the questions guests are really asking: What makes this property special? Who is it best for? Why this neighborhood? What's nearby? What makes the stay easier or more fun?
A custom website gives those answers room to be clear through:
- The property name
- Photos and amenities
- What makes the place special
- Who it is best for
- Nearby attractions, restaurants, beaches, parks, and events
- FAQs and useful house information
- Family and group suitability
- Better photo storytelling
- Local recommendations
The booking site can show the listing. Your website can sell the whole experience.
A PLACE TO RETURN TO
The first stay shouldn't be the last time they remember you.
A repeat guest matters because you don't have to earn trust from zero again. If somebody loved the stay, they should be able to remember the property name, find it again, send it to friends, share it with family, and return later.
Don't make a happy guest search through an old booking history just to find you again. Give them a property name and a website they can remember.
Someone says, “Where did you stay?” A branded property website gives the guest something simple to share. Word of mouth works better when your property has a name people can actually pass along.
PART OF THE TRIP
The property is only part of the trip.
People don't only search for a place to stay. They search for a reason to take the trip. Guests care about what they can walk to, where to eat, where to take the kids, beaches, parks, nightlife, events, driving distance, and local favorites.
Your website can help show them both. It can talk about summer travel, winter travel, festivals, sports events, family trips, weekend getaways, nearby attractions, and seasonal reasons to visit without promising occupancy.
The more clearly people can picture the stay, the easier it is for them to picture themselves there.
RUN THE BUSINESS BEHIND THE LISTING
As the portfolio grows, the details need somewhere to live.
A configured rental system can keep property details, reservations, guest questions, calendars, and day-to-day work together. One property or several, each place can have its own photos, amenities, rules, check-in information, availability, and staff assignments.
- One property or a growing portfolio
- Property-specific calendars and blocked dates
- Reservations, minimum stays, and seasonal rules
- Guest inquiries, dates, party size, and payment status
- Cleaner and turnover assignments
- Supplies tracked by property or storage location
Availability can include owner blocks, reservations, minimum stays, seasonal rules, and date restrictions. Where supported, the calendar can connect with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, iCal, or compatible PMS and channel platforms. We'll keep the provider connection honest rather than promise universal real-time access.
DIRECT BOOKINGS AND GUESTS
Give guests a clear way to ask, book, and come back.
A direct-booking experience can be built around your property brand, with arrival and departure dates, guest count, availability checks, pricing, fees, taxes, discounts, deposits, booking requests, terms, and confirmation. Payment, cancellation, and refund steps depend on the provider you choose.
Hosts can also send a quote with the property, dates, guest count, pricing, and an expiration. The guest reviews and accepts it, then the configured payment and reservation flow follows.
A guest portal can put reservation details, receipts, house rules, Wi-Fi, check-in instructions, guidebook content, documents, messaging, and arrival information in one place. Guest communications and automated workflows can cover confirmations, reminders, checkout, thank-you notes, review requests, and repeat-guest follow-up where provider access permits.
SUPPLIES AND TURNOVERS
Know what is ready before the next guest arrives.
Turnovers, maintenance, and restocking are part of the guest experience. The system can assign work, track completion, and connect low-stock conditions to tasks so the next stay does not depend on somebody remembering one more thing.
- Cleaning supplies, toiletries, towels, and linens
- Kitchen, welcome, and maintenance supplies
- Minimum stock levels and restock tasks
- Movement between central storage and properties
- Turnover consumption and movement history
- Barcode or QR support where useful
Pricing can be configured with nightly, weekend, seasonal, holiday, override, weekly or monthly discounts, promotions, fees, taxes, and minimum stays. Compatible dynamic-pricing providers can be connected when appropriate. Guest verification and damage protection can also be handled through qualified external providers; PSD does not underwrite or verify guests itself.
MORE THAN A RENTAL WEBSITE
Run more of your rental business from one connected system.
A strong property brand is the starting point. A configured operating system can help you keep reservations, guests, pricing, and property work organized as the business grows.
Direct Booking
Hosts can take bookings through their own branded website instead of relying exclusively on OTA listing pages. Guests can search availability with arrival and departure dates, guest count, pricing, fees, taxes, discounts, and deposits where supported.
- Request-to-book or instant booking where configured
- Payment, reservation confirmation, and cancellation/refund states
- Booking requests and quote acceptance with configured provider flow
Reservations & Availability Calendar
See reservations, blocked dates, owner blocks, minimum stays, seasonal rules, and property-specific calendars together. Where supported, connected availability can work with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, iCal, and compatible PMS/channel managers to help reduce double-booking risk.
Pricing & Rate Management
- Nightly and weekend rates
- Seasonal pricing
- Holiday and date overrides
- Weekly/monthly discounts
- Cleaning, pet, and extra guest fees
- Taxes and minimum stays
- Supported dynamic-pricing provider integrations
Guest CRM
Keep guest information, inquiries, reservations, property, dates, repeat guest information, notes, communications, payment status, and special requests together so your team has context before responding.
Guest Portal
Give guests access to reservation details, payment and receipt information, check-in instructions, house rules, Wi-Fi, parking, property information, local recommendations, a digital guidebook, and relevant documents. Secure access codes stay protected.
OPERATIONS BETWEEN STAYS
Keep the next stay moving before guests arrive.
Automated Guest Messaging
Configured workflows can send booking confirmations, pre-arrival messages, arrival instructions, checkout reminders, thank-you messages, review requests, and repeat-guest follow-up. OTA/PMS messaging depends on supported provider access.
Cleaners, Turnovers & Maintenance
Assign cleaners, turnover checklists/tasks, maintenance work, and property-specific assignments. Completion tracking helps everyone know what is ready between stays.
Property Inventory & Restocking
Track cleaning supplies, toiletries, towels, linens, kitchen supplies, maintenance items, and welcome supplies. See quantity on hand, minimum stock levels, restock alerts/tasks, storage locations, property-level inventory, movement between properties/storage, and turnover consumption. Barcode/QR support can help record movement where useful.
GROW WITHOUT LOSING THE THREAD
Multi-Property Management
For multiple properties, the system can support centralized operations while keeping individual calendars, individual inventory, staff assignments, property-specific guest information, and reporting/metrics distinct. Optional Provider Integrations can add guest verification or damage protection through supported external providers. PSD does not perform identity verification or underwrite insurance itself.
ALREADY HAVE A WEBSITE?
Already Have a Website? Good. We'll Replace It.
Maybe your current website is old. Maybe you don't like it. Maybe it never really felt like your business in the first place.
If you already have a business website, we can replace it with a completely custom PLATFORM STUDIO DESIGNS website of up to 20 standard pages with no upfront website build cost.
You agree to keep the site hosted and managed by PLATFORM STUDIO DESIGNS for at least 12 months. If you cancel before the 12 months are up, the remaining website build cost becomes due.
We can clean up, rewrite, reorganize, and improve your existing content so the new site is easier for your customers to use.
Some projects may need a separate quote
Online stores, membership systems, IDX, booking systems, directories, custom software, and major third-party integrations are scoped separately when needed.
A SIMPLE NEXT STEP
Your rental already has a personality. Let's give it a home online.
You don't need to know anything about websites. Tell us about the property, what makes it special, and who you want to attract.
We're not interested in building you a website that just sits there. We want it helping people discover the property, understand what makes it special, remember the name, and come back later. When the website helps your rental grow, there's a reason for us to keep working together.
